Love this place James is very nice and helpful. Sometimes the gate doesn't close behind you and if it's dark or late that isn't very safe or comforting. It has stayed up when I left late at night multiple time. It seems like every other time I come it won't shut. I hate knowing it's wide open when I'm leaving and won't shut until morning when James gets up and notices.“

Dealing with Kim has been an absolute pleasure! We are in the process of getting a new house and it has been a very trying ordeal!
